Christie is an incredible dietitan and trainer. She genuinely listened to my goals and equipped me with options that worked for specifically for ME. I was not just numbers on a paper or a checklist to be checked. She helped me find solutions to the barriers standing in the way between me and my health goals. I now tackle my outdoor sports with more power and stamina than before AND the recovery period, in between workouts, is much shorter. One of my biggest fears was that I would have to follow a boring diet plan filled with cardboard tasting foods. But instead, Christie shared with me the art of consuming a nutrient balanced diet, with foods that I already love, in a way that works best with my tastes and activities. I highly recommend Christie! She has a wealth of knowledge and experience but the warm and inviting demeanor to be the solution to anyone’s nutrition and athletic needs.
